Using technology accumulated from the unique experience of Cosmo System, we design and manufacture tools tailored to products such as ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, heat plate welding, spin welding, heat staking, and leak testers, in shapes that maximize the performance of each welding machine! We consistently conduct meticulous vibration and thermal analyses, taking durability into account, and produce tools with high precision and low load. For ultrasonic and vibration welding machines, we perform simulations using the latest vibration analysis equipment to precisely process stable vibrating bodies. We also select the amplitude required for vibration from our unique technology, providing tools that achieve stable welding. Complex three-dimensional shapes of workpieces are perfectly matched to products through the exchange of IGES data. For heat welding machine tools, we simulate hot plates through our unique temperature analysis and provide three-dimensional heater shapes with stable temperature distribution. To enhance the strength and durability of each tool, we offer surface treatments using various technologies accumulated from our unique data, such as HRC plating, chika processing, DG processing, and Teflon coating.
